The programme offers exclusive seats for women candidates.
Applicants meeting standard eligibility criteria defined below will be required to appear for a written test conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi/ Islamabad, Quetta & Peshawar on January 15, 2017

Standard Eligibility Criteria

• Local or foreign-qualified Pakistani nationals with bachelor’s or master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) or equivalent, in specific disciplines/ categories as stated below, from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission O Maximum 28 years on the date of advertisement • Throughout first division (60% and above) in academic career, spanning matriculation (or equivalent) and above e Candidates who have graduated during the last three years from the date of advertisement with or without post-qualification experience

Candidates meeting the above standard eligibility criteria may register themselves with NTS by paying a non-refundable fee as per prescribed rates latest by December 24, 2016. Selection Procedure : Minimum 60% NTS score is a prerequisite for selection. However, securing minimum required score in NTS test does not automatically guarantee a candidate for further consideration. The following steps will be taken for selection of 50 Associates: Step 1: Shortlisting of top 3 candidates based on NTS scores, against each of the advertised seats in the defined category, will be as follows:

Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a comprehensive internal assessment, comprising presentations, essay writing and panel interviews Step 3: Top 38 candidates (1 against each advertised seat) under GOP quota and top 12 women candidates (1 against each advertised seat) under all Pakistan merit will be selected as Associate on the basis of comprehensive internal assessment In case candidates against GOP quota and/ or women seats do not meet minimum score requirement of 60% in NTS test in a particular discipline/ category or do not qualify internal assessment, the seat(s) will remain vacant. Disclaimer This two-year on-job training programme does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligation on the Company to offer regular employment to Associates on completion of the contract period.
